Kids Always say the funniest things. Earlier this week, I was brushing Kailee's hair and we had a cute 4 line conversation:
Me: Kailee, is this candy in your hair?
Kailee: No, it's buggers.
Me: Why do you have buggers in your hair?
Kailee: When I woke up, I bless youed and got buggers all over my hair.
(Bless youed in this case means: sneezed)
Tonight while I was making dinner, Dallin asked me to sing a song. After I sang to him, I asked him to sing one to me. He started to sing I am a Child of God (a children's LDS church song). For those you who don't know the words, here is the first verse:
I am a child of God, and he has sent me here,
Has given me an earthly home, with parents kind and dear.
Dallin's song:
I am a child of God and he has sent me here,
Has given me an earthly home with parents kinda weird.
He then continued to the chorus thinking those are the words.
As most parents do, I think my children are funny...as do they!

I love kids. They literally say the things we think but are too nervous to say. I love that they call a spade a spade. I miss you and your cute kiddos.
I love the things kids say. You'll have to keep a book of the things they say. It would be so fun to look back over it later!
The words to I Am A Child Of God are NOT "parents kind of wierd"? I've been singing it wrong all of these years.
Regarding Kailee's comment. On Sunday Charlie had a really bad bloody nose. When I asked him what happened he said his nose blewed up.

LOL!! I love it when they say funny things, I try to write down everything the girls say cause you forget. Hey what did you use to get all the California pictures on here? I like how it's a transition type thing.
